Welcome to BellaMom! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. By accessing our site and placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Please read them carefully before completing any transaction.
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your province or region of residence. You agree not to use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
Accuracy: We do our absolute best to display the colors, fabrics, and details of our maternity and nursing wear as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
Modifications: We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or update item descriptions at any time without prior notice.
Stock Availability: In the rare event that an item goes out of stock after an order is placed, we will contact you immediately via SMS or email to offer a replacement, a store credit, or a full refund.
All online payments (GCash, Maya, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers) are securely processed through our authorized payment gateway partner, PayMongo.
By completing an online transaction, you authorize PayMongo to charge the designated amount to your chosen payment method. BellaMom does not store or have access to your private financial details.
Delivery Logistics: We ship nationwide across the Philippines via our trusted courier partner, J&T Express. Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be delayed due to severe weather conditions or courier peak seasons.
COD Responsibility: If you select Cash on Delivery (COD), you agree to have the exact payment amount ready for the rider upon arrival. Refusing a legitimate COD delivery without a valid, pre-approved reason may result in the suspension of your account's COD privileges for future orders.
Our return and exchange policy is designed to be highly supportive while keeping safety in mind:
Size Swaps: We gladly accept size exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with tags intact. As per our policy, the customer covers the shipping fee back to our warehouse, and BellaMom covers the shipping fee back to you.
Hygiene Exclusion: Due to strict health and hygiene standards, all maternity panties are strictly final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once opened.
Defects: If you receive a wrong or defective item, BellaMom will cover 100% of the shipping costs to correct the issue. Please contact us directly via Facebook or Instagram to process an exchange.
All content on this website—including logos, custom brand names (like "BellaMom" and "The BellaMom Sisterhood"), graphics, product photos, and text descriptions—is the exclusive property of BellaMom and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of this site without our express written consent.
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
