Exchange Process

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@bellamomph.com or any of our social media platform within 7 days of receiving your item. Please provide your order number and details about the issue.
  2. Approval: Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the incorrect or defective item.
  3. Shipping: Ship the item back to us in its original packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all tags intact. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was received in a defective condition or was incorrect.
  4. Replacement: After we receive the item and confirm its condition, we will send you the correct size or a replacement item at no additional cost.

Intimate Apparel Policy (Bras, Underwear, etc.)
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on intimate apparel (e.g., bras, underwear, nursing bras). Please ensure that you select the correct size and style before placing your order. If you need assistance with sizing, our customer service team is here to help.

Non-Exchangable Items

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Sale items or items purchased with a discount code (unless they are defective)
